Overview

What Venture Cooperative offers

What Venture Cooperative is

The Venture Cooperative is a free educational program and inclusive community making Laconia's investments, processes, and learnings accessible to the next generation of early-stage investors. The program consists of comprehensive education and community supporting new venture capitalists and early-stage investors. The Venture Cooperative offers two primary participation pathways: Venture Fellows (VFs) ideal for those in first ten years of careers, and Venture Operators (VOs). Over four years, 1,500+ fellows have participated in hundreds of investment meetings, made LP investments with accessible minimums, earned carry in Laconia funds, and discovered job opportunities. The next cohort is planned for Fall 2026 with rolling applications. Membership is fully free.
