Overview
What Nina Capital Fellows offers
What Nina Capital Fellows is
Nina Fellows is a selective post-internship fellowship run by Nina Capital, a specialized venture capital firm investing exclusively at the intersection of healthcare and technology. The program is not a public entry-level fellowship; it is offered to exceptional Nina interns and past Nina team members who continue engaging with the firm after their internship ends. Fellows support Nina's investment and platform work after their internships by discovering founders, representing Nina Capital at international events, researching cutting-edge technologies and unmet clinical needs, analyzing companies and market trends, and supporting portfolio companies.

Focus and fit
Who the program is for
Program thesis
Nina Capital invests in healthcare transformation powered by information technology, led by need-driven founders, with a focus on pre-seed to seed+ investments and check sizes from EUR 200k to EUR 1.5M. Fellows contribute to this thesis through research on unmet clinical needs, technologies, companies, market trends, founders, and portfolio support.
Eligibility
Nina Fellows are selected from exceptional former Nina interns and past team members, not from a direct public fellowship application. The feeder internship program targets students and recent graduates, especially people studying life sciences, medicine, healthtech, computer science, data science, health economics, or related technical fields.
Selection approach
Nina Fellows are selected after a Nina internship. The public route is to apply for Nina's internship program, where the best fit is generally students or recent graduates seeking VC exposure in healthtech; a prior intern article describes applying by direct email, studying Nina's thesis and portfolio, proposing a project, interviewing, and refining the project plan before joining.
