What Future VC Scout Program is
Future VC is an internship and development programme created to open access to venture-capital careers for talented people from backgrounds underrepresented in VC. It launched its first programme in 2018, initially placing 30 paid interns after receiving more than 850 applications in 3.5 weeks, and has since expanded across Europe and the United States. The current programme combines paid VC-fund placements with masterclasses, mentorship, developmental sessions, investment-panel work, startup and investor visits, and career support.
