Compensation and economics

VC Fellows do not receive salary or equity for their work. The upside is experiential: direct partner mentorship, carried‑interest exposure through fellowship checks they originate, priority access to E14’s events and preferred consideration for paid Venture Partner or full‑time roles when openings arise. All programme costs—software, event budgets and check capital—are covered by the fund.
