Compensation and economics
VC Fellows do not receive salary or equity for their work. The upside is experiential: direct partner mentorship, carried‑interest exposure through fellowship checks they originate, priority access to E14’s events and preferred consideration for paid Venture Partner or full‑time roles when openings arise.
