Overview
What All Raise VC Cohorts offers
What All Raise VC Cohorts is
All Raise is a nonprofit organization dedicated to accelerating the success of women and non-binary founders, funders, and operators in venture capital and tech. The VC Cohorts program is the organization's flagship peer-group initiative, placing female and non-binary venture capitalists into tight-knit cohort groups organized by professional level: Partners, Principals, Associates, and Emerging Managers. For one year, members are placed in a cohort of approximately 10-12 peers at their career level. Each group meets on a regular basis with 1-3 facilitated sessions, structured curriculum, and discussion topics, though cohorts are largely self-organized and may adopt a cadence of monthly to bimonthly meetups. All meetings are off-the-record, private, and invite-only, creating a safe space for career guidance, deal sharing, benchmarking best practices, and professional growth. Hundreds of women actively participate in VC Cohorts at the Partner, Principal, and Associate levels, spanning the United States from the Bay Area to Atlanta and Indianapolis. Members represent firms ranging from large funds like Lightspeed and Sequoia to micro-VCs and emerging managers. The program costs $149 per year in membership fees. The diversity impact is significant: in previous Partner cohorts, 17% of partners identify as Latinx or Black women, compared to an industry average of approximately 1%. The program has graduated over 800 alumni since its 2019 launch, making it one of the largest structured peer networks for women in venture capital.
