INJAZ was founded in 1999 as a project under a USAID-funded program (Save the Children) and became an independent, nonprofit Jordanian organization in 2001. It is based in Jordan and focuses on inspiring and preparing youth to become productive members of society while accelerating the development of the national economy. INJAZ aims to bridge the skills gap between the educational system and the labor market by providing programs that develop essential soft and hard skills.
