The coalition is chaired by Mary L. Schapiro, former SEC Chairman and Vice Chair of the Glasgow Financial Alliance for Net Zero (GFANZ). GCBC members include a global alliance of UN agencies, multilateral development banks (MDBs), development finance institutions (DFIs), philanthropies, and other financial bodies.
