CXOs NextGen Center of Excellence in Finance is an initiative based at Chitkara University, India. It was founded to address the gap between industry requirements and academic education in finance. The initiative aims to create future CXOs and entrepreneurs by providing practical education designed and delivered by senior industry experts. The center has grown to include over 3000 senior industry leaders from various sectors, including consultancy firms, corporates, investment banks, and financial institutions.

Community focus

The CXOs NextGen initiative focuses on specialized MBA programs in finance, including super-specializations in Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, Wealth Management, Equity, and Entrepreneurship. The programs are designed to equip students with practical skills and knowledge that align with current industry demands. The initiative targets students from Tier II and III cities in India, aiming to prepare them for local job markets and entrepreneurial opportunities.
